This is an adaption of the TDDDLIB utilities for DOS. Major
change is that the byte order is converted from Motorola to
Intel format.
The source was compiled with Watcom 9.5, you will need a
386 + Copro (probably) to run them. Sorry, I have no other libs
installed. Else, you have to get the source from wuarchive.wustl.edu
and patch and compile it on your own. Since TDDDLIB is shareware,
I don't want to distribute the modified code.

Moreover, all utilities except tddd2off now use the syntax of
readwrite. Don't forget to read readme.r36 and changes.
